A mentor project for every orphan operates in Ashkelon and Be'er Sheva and was established in order to maintain contact with the orphans throughout the year and provide them with physical and emotional support. The project supports orphans from grades 1-6 from Beer Sheva and Ashkelon. Orphans from a father or a mother or both. The essence of the project is to link an adult mentor to those children who will accompany them during one or more years of study. Who will be attentive to their needs and will help them a little in their daily struggle with bereavement. The advantage of the personal mentoring method is that it enables the creation of an informal framework in which personal ties are created between the mentor and the apprentice. The mentor accompanies the apprentice throughout the year in educational activities organized by the organization and assists him in promoting his studies and integration into the society, as well as listening to his distress and, if necessary, informs the educational advisor accompanying the project.
